This is a glorious pool that has a seasonal life and a very officious lifeguard but hey if that’s what it takes to make everyone line up behind the white line for the springboard (because it’s amazing that they even still have one that anyone can go on) I’m all for it. They even have concrete paving that heats up and you can lie down on it to get warm. We tried this just recently at another big urban aquatic centre and amazingly there was no heat in the exposed surface.
