Im proud to say I surf the winter in the south west here. I love the craziness of the weather and the pockets of pure calm and beauty amidst the rain clouds, 
rainbows and offshores blinding you. A good flashbomb and hood help obv! I wear the hood cause my ears aren’t great.
But Winter is hands down my favourite season and I love the crazies I share it with. And a bit of mermaid hair also helps ….

I search for wild spaces and laughs. Ive spent almost a year cartooning about a little fish surf board and its trials with the wild world and the civilised world. ‘Happy Place‘ the exhibition takes the best of these cartoons and puts them together.
